Project Acceptance

Freelancer Submissions

Freelancer applications are reviewed based on fit and availability. Submitting your information does not constitute an offer of employment or guarantee of freelance work.

Liability

OC Videography is not liable for issues caused by third-party platforms or services (e.g., video hosting, file transfer tools, calendars). Clients are responsible for maintaining communication and providing necessary assets by agreed-upon deadlines.

Data Storage & Retention

Client and freelancer data is securely stored using internal tools such as Google Workspace and Zoho. Freelancer submissions may be retained for up to 12 months for future consideration, then deleted. Inactive project inquiries may be removed after 6 months unless required for follow-up or recordkeeping.

We aim to keep tracking minimal. Only essential cookies required for site functionality may be used. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are installed without your consent.
